I am a Professor of Innovative Learning Design and Technology at Ohio University. My research focuses on executive learning experience design, particularly as it relates to organizational productivity. I served as Executive Secretary of the Board of Trustees at Ohio University for nearly a decade. I was a member of the Association of Governing Boards (AGB) working group that developed the Principles of Trusteeship book and served on the design team for AGB’s Board Professionals Certification. I have 30 years of experience in instructional design and development.
